Two builders. One partnership. Built around your customer.
Nathan & Brank was created by two operators who believed businesses should not have to choose between fragmented suppliers, overloaded internal teams and marketing built on guesswork. The company brings business-building and demand-building together through one retained, customer-led operating model.
Goodbusinessesshouldnotlosetoworseonesthatsimplymarketbetter.
The problem is rarely a lack of effort. It is marketing built without a clear view of the customer, work divided across people who each hold one part of the picture, and internal teams expected to carry more than they were resourced to manage.
Nathan & Brank exists to remove those three conditions: the guessing, the fragmentation and the internal burden.
Better businesses should have the operating structure to be understood, chosen and remembered.
Built together before it was built for anyone else.
Rohan Nathan and Benjamin Brank first worked together inside the Nathan Group, where they built and ran marketing across operating businesses with different customers, commercial models and growth priorities.
After years of working side by side, they decided to create something of their own: a marketing partner built around the way they believed the function should operate, with the customer at the centre, one team holding the full picture and technology improving the work rather than replacing the thinking.
Two perspectives. One operating partnership.
Rohan Nathan
Co-Founder & CEO
Brings the perspective of a business builder who understands what it takes to create, operate and grow companies from the inside.
Benjamin Brank
Co-Founder & COO
Brings the perspective of a marketing operator focused on turning commercial value into demand, visibility and sustained growth.
The partnership combines business-building and demand-building inside one operating model.
The company is new. The operating model is not.
Nathan & Brank was incorporated in April 2026, but the team has been running marketing across the Nathan Group since 2024. The model was built inside operating businesses before it was opened to external clients.

Customer first. One plan. One team. A closed loop.
Start with the customer
Every engagement begins by defining who the customer is, how they make decisions and where the current journey is losing momentum.
Connect the work
Strategy, demand, creative, web, lifecycle, influence, events, PR and AI search are planned against one commercial view rather than operated as disconnected activities.
Run as one team
Senior marketing direction and specialist execution sit inside one working rhythm, with clear ownership across briefs, production, approvals and delivery.
Close the loop
Reporting is built into the work. Each cycle produces evidence that informs the next decision, so the function becomes more coherent and informed over time.
Operating convictions, not values statements.
These are not values statements. They are operating convictions, the beliefs that shape how we make decisions, structure work, and measure success.
Marketing should compound, not just activate.
A campaign that runs and ends leaves nothing behind. A marketing function built properly gets more effective over time, because each cycle of work informs the next. We build functions designed to compound, not just deliver output.
The customer comes before the channel.
Most marketing decisions start with a channel. We start with the customer. Who are they, where are they in their journey, what do they need to know or feel before the next step? The channel follows from that answer. It is never the starting point.
Creative is a production problem, not a talent problem.
Inconsistent output is almost never a lack of talent. It is a lack of structure: no briefing process, no cadence, no approval workflow, no asset management. We treat creative as an operating function, which is how we produce at volume and hold quality at the same time.
Reporting is part of the work, not a separate product.
Performance reporting exists to close the loop and improve the next cycle. It is not something a client should pay extra for. It is built into every service, because measurement is part of the work, not an optional add-on.
One team is better than five vendors.
Briefing five relationships separately, reconciling their outputs, and chasing approvals across all of them costs more than it saves. One team that holds the full picture produces better, faster, more connected work than five specialists who never speak to each other.
AIishowweactonthatbelief.Itisnotthereasonweexist.
AI changes how quickly a marketing team can understand information, develop work and learn from performance. We use it as an internal operating advantage to improve speed, consistency and visibility across the function.
The technology does not replace customer understanding, creative judgment or accountability. It supports the team carrying them.
A retained operating partner.
Nathan & Brank operates across nine specialist services connected through one customer-led operating model. Several can be engaged through focused retained partnerships, while all nine come together through The Orbit.
What we are not
- Not a traditional agency built around isolated campaigns.
- Not a SaaS company selling a marketing platform.
- Not a content production house delivering assets without direction.
- Not a freelance network coordinating disconnected suppliers.
- Not a project shop built around unrelated one-off work.
Defined projects are scoped where the work genuinely requires them, but the core operating model is retained.

Not to add to the noise, but to remove the conditions that cause businesses to underperform. If the marketing function should be working and is not, let's talk about why.
